TGSCOM is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, un-validated email addresses, or emails not received for any reason.

Winners of all contests will be contacted by their email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner.TGSCOM will mail the contest prize to the address supplied when entering the contest.

Only one entry per email address per household used to send the email will be considered for contest entry, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest posting. If multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest, only one email address per household may be allowed multiple entries. Unless otherwise specified in an individual contest post, no person may enter any contest more than once.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response to TGSCOM from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. TGSCOM is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

Awarding Prizes
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. All cash winners are required to verify proper and legal picture identification and Social Security number within 30 days of notification of winning the cash prize. Winner may forfeit any and all cash winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 30 days. Upon proper verification, cash winnings will be awarded by check, and mailed to winner's mailing address within seven (7) business days.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.

Neither TGSCOM, TGSCOM sponsors, nor employees of TGSCOM may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. TGSCOM is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by TGSCOM.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, TGSCOM may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Management, employees and families of TGSCOM are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by TGSCOM

This contest is open only to people who reside in and are physically located in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands who are 18 years of age or older at the time of contest entry (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry). By entering this contest, participants represent and warrant that their submission is original and does not infringe on the rights or intellectual property claims of any third party or entity and agree to indemnify and hold TGSCOM harmless for any related claims.

Limitation of Liability
TGSCOM is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in processing entries for the contest.

TGSCOM is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable Website network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

TGSCOM is not responsible for any delay, error, failure, problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant's computer or to any other computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading materials for, this contest. General Information
This contest is being conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Wisconsin in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Wisconsin and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Additional Firearm Prize Rules
If the prize is a firearm, you must be over 21 to enter. Void where prohibited. The firearm will be transferred to the FFL of the winners choice and the winner is required to pay any fees charged by the FFL.  If the winner is unable to take possession of the firearm from the FFL for any reason, the winner forfeits the prize.
